Orders are fulfilled on weekdays from 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Any orders placed after 4:00 PM (CST) or on weekends will be shipped on the following business day. Shipments may be delayed up to 5 business days following large sales or promotions.

May take 4-5 business days.
USPS Priority Shipping
May take 2-4 business days.
USPS Priority International Shipping
May take between 6-10 business days. Tracking details provided.
DHL Express Shipping
3-6 Business days, traceable door to door.
- We strongly recommend the DHL option as it is expedited and completely traceable.
- First class shipping time for international orders vary depending on the country being shipped to. Estimated delivery time above is not guaranteed. These estimates do not include the time your package will spend in your local customs office.

LATE LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

BrandNewNoise is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If the package has not been scanned as "delivered" according to USPS' tracking information, please contact us after 21 days for domestic shipments and after 45 days for international shipments. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping cost for any package marked “return to sender”.
*USPS provides a money back guarantee for Express mail.

My order hasn’t shipped yet can I cancel or change it?
If an order is not shipped from our office, orders may be canceled only for online store credit, no refunds. Customers may contact us to upgrade shipping if the package has not shipped yet.
When will my order ship?

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping number to be active on USPS.com. Depending on the country some international tracking numbers may not be updated once the packages leaves the US.
My order was marked “delivered” but I still haven’t received it, what should I do?
USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered mistakenly before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered soon but we recommend you checking with your neighbors and your local post office.
